The parade will be at 1 o’clock. They are going to have a direble (?) out at Breezy Hill. $5 for 20 min. This morning Sam Krehrer & wife, Josie & Lee Gregson were all here. Sam & wife looked for water & we all watched them. They made the stick bent. After dinner we all went in to see the parade & stayed for the evening.

Papa, Rosalia, Bertille went to Albert Strohd (?) sale by Waterloo. Uncle Fred & Aunt Mary were also there. We all bought a few things, dishes, glassware, incubator. In the evening Henry & family were all here. This evening the Waterloo Home Coming starts with a dance.
